Founded in 1980, The Provincetown Conservation Trust is a grass-roots all-volunteer organization dedicated to protecting and preserving the woods, wetlands, heathlands, dunes, and forests of Provincetown from overdevelopment.
Our organization seeks to protect land parcels either by acquisition – through donation or purchase - or by purchasing the development rights.
The PCT offers environmental education and events throughout the year including Nature Talks and Nature Walks to the community.
