Family Equality is the only national nonprofit dedicated to protecting and advancing the freedoms of all LGBTQ+ families through bold advocacy, powerful community building, and transformative education.
- We advocate for legal protections at the national, state, and local levels.
- We connect families and parents-to-be to community, resources, and support.
- We educate families, legislators, businesses, and allies to build inclusive communities.
And we host Family Week, the largest annual gathering of LGBTQ+ families in the world, at the end of July bringing over 600 families from across the U.S. and around the globe to Provincetown. Family Week is a week-long celebration of families featuring community-building, workshops, youth programming, and lots of fun!
